Will my driver pick me up directly from my hotel?
Yes. We provide door-to-door pick-up from hotels and other agreed locations in Beijing. Your driver will meet you at the arranged time and take you directly to your destination.
I don’t speak Chinese. Will communication be a problem?
No problem. We regularly work with international travelers. Our team can assist you in English when arranging your trip, and simple communication with your driver can be handled through translation apps when necessary.
We will also confirm your destination and itinerary with the driver in advance.
Which Great Wall section is best for first-time visitors?
Mutianyu is one of the most popular choices for first-time visitors because of its beautiful scenery and restored walking sections.
For travelers interested in hiking and photography, Jinshanling is another excellent option. Simatai is convenient to combine with Gubei Water Town, while Badaling is famous and easily accessible.

Will the driver wait for me while I visit the Great Wall?
Yes. For a round-trip Great Wall booking, your driver will take you there, wait while you explore, and drive you back to your Beijing hotel afterward.
You don’t need to rush back for a tour bus or arrange separate transportation for the return journey.
Can we leave early to avoid the crowds at the Great Wall?
Yes. One advantage of having a private driver is choosing your own departure time. An early departure can be especially useful for popular destinations such as Mutianyu and Badaling.
Your pick-up time can be arranged when you book.
Is my driver also an English-speaking tour guide?
Not usually. Your driver is responsible for your private transportation and will wait for you while you visit the attractions.
If you would like an English-speaking guide to accompany you and explain the history and culture of the places you visit, we can arrange one separately upon request.
Can you pick me up at Beijing airport?
Yes. We provide private transfers from both Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) and Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX).
Your driver can take you to your Beijing hotel or, depending on your arrival time, directly to destinations such as the Great Wall.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Please send us your flight details when booking an airport transfer. We will use your arrival information to coordinate your airport pick-up.
If your flight schedule changes significantly, contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust the arrangement.
Are attraction tickets included in the car price?
No. Unless specifically stated otherwise, attraction tickets are not included in the price.
Great Wall admission, cable cars, chairlifts, toboggans, sightseeing buses, and other attraction tickets are paid separately. If you need help, we can arrange the tickets for you in advance, saving you the trouble of navigating Chinese booking platforms.
Can you help me plan a day trip if I don't know where to go?
Yes. Tell us how many days you have, what you are interested in and who you are traveling with. We can suggest a practical driving route based on the locations you would like to visit.
Popular combinations include Mutianyu Great Wall + Summer Palace, Mutianyu + Ming Tombs, and Simatai + Gubei Water Town.
Can I change the itinerary during the trip?
Minor changes are usually possible as long as there is enough time and the new destination is within a reasonable driving distance.
For major changes or additional long-distance travel, the price may need to be adjusted. Please discuss any changes with us or your driver first.
Is private car service suitable for families with children or elderly travelers?
Yes. Door-to-door transportation can be particularly convenient for families, elderly travelers and anyone who prefers to avoid multiple subway, bus or train connections.
Please tell us in advance if you are traveling with young children or have any special transportation requirements.
Are fuel, tolls and parking included?
For most pre-arranged private trips, fuel, highway tolls and parking fees are included in the quoted transportation price, unless otherwise stated before booking.
Entrance tickets, meals, accommodation, personal expenses and optional tour guide services are not included. However, we can help you arrange attraction tickets, accommodation and English-speaking tour guides in advance upon request. Any additional costs will be clearly confirmed with you before booking.
Can you take us somewhere outside Beijing?
Yes. In addition to the Great Wall, we can arrange private transportation to destinations such as Gubei Water Town, Chengde, Chongli, Tianjin, Shanhaiguan and Beidaihe.
Multi-day and one-way trips can also be arranged.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking several days in advance whenever possible. Earlier booking is especially helpful during weekends, summer holidays and Chinese public holidays.
Last-minute requests are welcome, but vehicle availability cannot always be guaranteed.
How do I book?
